Our brand new Whirlpool dishwasher (purchased when we moved into our new house) worked great for a few months, then started leaving nasty film on everything. Right before the warranty was up, we had the repairman come look at it (thinking we needed a new dishwasher already). Turned out our new neighborhood has very hard water - so hard that the BLACK heating element on the bottom of the washer had turned completely WHITE. Disgusting. The repairman suggested we run two of the **Finish Dishwasher Cleaner, Liquid 8.45 oz (250 ml)** which we did, and which removed all the white film from the heating element. He also suggested using the Glass Magic with every load to even out the hard water.
I have to say it does work like magic! Our glasses and dishes come out spotless now. This 8-pack is awesome too - we use about a box every 3-4 weeks, so it's a good supply. Also cheaper than the supermarket.

How to Use GLASS MAGIC Performance Booster
- Pour 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) of GLASS MAGIC into the bottom of your dishwasher.
- Fill the dishwasher detergent dispenser with your favorite detergent and run through a normal wash cycle.
- For optimal results, fill your liquid rinse agent dispenser with JET-DRY Rinse Agent for spot removal during the rinse cycle.
Note: If glasses are heavily filmed or spotted, wash using 1/2 cup (8 tbsp) of GLASS MAGIC for several loads or until glasses are crystal clear.
