If you have hard water and your dish washer is leaving your dishes and glasses with a film on them this is the product you are looking for. We had Sears out to check the performance of our dish washer and he told us about Glass Magic since we have very hard water. The dishes and glasses now are spot and film free. We are very happy with Glass Magic.
