I actually bought a new dishwasher thinking the dishwasher was leaving a scummy residue on my glasses and food crud on my dishes. When my brandnew dishwasher had the same problem, I knew is was my hardwater. My husband is a remodeler of million dollar homes and he heard about this product from someone he did some appliance installations with. I got it and it was a miracle. I stocked up on this product from amazon.com because I couldn't find it in any stores, which is crazy!! Some stores should be carrying this stuff. Oh well, until we install a water softener at my house, I will be purchasing this stuff from Teebop at amazon.comCustomer Review: clean at last

recommended by our appliance guy because we have very hard water. We mix it with the regular dish powder, and it has reduced the amount of mineral accumulation. Couple with the Glisten run once a month, and we are keeping the dishwasher in shape, and the dishes look better as well. the box is small - 16 oz, so 8 won't go as far as I expected - since we mix 1 to 1 ratio (very hard water) it takes 3 of these for 1 med size (48oz) box of dish powder, but it seems to be doing the job, will buy again, to keep down the appliance guy visits and dishwasher repairs.Customer Review: No longer dirty!

I have tried several different products claiming they clean dishwashers and prevent build up but nothing works, except Glass Magic. Our water is so hard that dishes don't get clean at all, unless I use Glass Magic. Before I started using this product, I had to take apart the upper and lower arms in the dishwasher to free them of lime build-up monthly. This would take three hours to complete. Now, I have no build-up and my dishwasher is actually starting to look like new again. I have been using Glass Magic for approximately 7-8 years. An appliance installer told us about glass magic and we have been using it ever since. A lot of people don't bother to read the box and use it incorrectly, but if you put the product into the bottom of your dishwasher along with your detergent in the proper dispenser and
Jet Dry in the proper dispenser it will make your dishes shine like new as well as keep your dishwasher looking like new for years. Our dishwasher still looks like the day we bought it, after 4 years of use.

This product solved my dishwasher problems. With very hard water, my dishwasher was coated with scale and dishes emerged grey and scummy. Tried everything - repeated cycles with strong vinegar, several bottles of CLR, and anything else I could think of. Was ready to bite the bullet and buy a new dishwasher. Found Glass Magic through discussion forums on the internet. Glass Magic removed the scale, and my dishes come out sparkling. It should be sold in every store!
