so far we think this stuff is great! we had heavy hard water deposits on the clear glasses, getting worse with each dishwasher round. we used 1/2 cup of glass magic. they came out good. we did it again, and they are even better. we had been contemplating a water softener, but this looks like it's doing the trick. we totally recommend it and don't understand why it isn't in the grocery store. yea amazon!!Customer Review: Glass magic

I have used Glass magic for years and love how it makes the glassware spotless. However, I can not find it in the stores any more so I ordered it on line. I did NOT receive Glass Magic; I received Finish instead. If I had known that was going to happen, I never would have ordered it on-line. I can buy it in the store. If it's supoosed to be the same product, I don't feel it works as well as Glass Magic.Customer Review: Great Stuff

If you have hard water and your dish washer is leaving your dishes and glasses with a film on them this is the product you are looking for. We had Sears out to check the performance of our dish washer and he told us about Glass Magic since we have very hard water. The dishes and glasses now are spot and film free. This product is a must in our kitchen at work and home. It is hard to find at the grocery store, so seeing it available at Amazon.com was fabulous. The product arrived promptly and put to good use in our office's dishwasher. With it our glasses are sparkley and spot free. We received it before the date promised.
