I have fought chronic yeast infections for years and suspect I have intestinal yeast overgrowth. I have tried everything: caprylic acid, herbs, essential oils, probiotics, anti-candida diets, etc. The problem is I can never stick to any regime long enough for it to work. If I am not consistent or go away for a weekend, the yeast problems come back. Two years ago I was diagnosed via a blood test with food allergies to gluten and casein; I believe the yeast caused these allergies via leaky gut syndrome. I saw Threelac advertised a couple years ago but thought it was just another expensive, too good to be true "pill." Recently in desperation I googled a bunch of stuff about Fivelac and thought, well, what do I have to lose (other than $50?). My box arrived two weeks ago and I started right away with a therapeutic dose of two packets a day. I did not notice any "die off" effect, but I am taking psyllium fiber every day and drink 8-10 glasses of water so I think I must be flushing it out. The good news is, it's working, albeit slowly. I can tell my yeast is less, and this while I have been NOT so good on my diet. I drink coffee in the morning, wine with dinner at night, and although I try to avoid gluten and casein and sugar, I don't always succeed. Also at the same time I started this I discontinued all other herbal supplements, probiotics etc. to see if this alone would work. Time will tell, I plan to continue two packets a day indefinitely. What I love is it's so easy to take, it's NOT a pill, and tastes pleasant. I am about to go on a 10 day vacation and I will definitely pack these and take them with me. This is the first thing I have tried that is so easy to take that I haven't missed or forgotten to take a single dose. That alone may increase its effectiveness over any other "regime." I hate taking pills and having to remember to take stuff on an empty stomach. I just hope it keeps working!Customer Review: ZOMG I love Fivelac!!!! WOOT! ;-)

My son has autism and we have seen awesome results. He is now 6 and was diagnosed at the age of 2. He has never slept the whole night through and many times during each week he will wake up at odd hours(like 2am or not even go to bed until 4am) and be up and then crash at school or when he gets home. His sleeping schedule was horrible, so freaking bad and it was of course making my wife and I's horrible as well.
The yeast/fungal overgrowth kept him up and caused him a lot of pain. Since giving him Fivelac (we started on Threelac) He has slept every night the WHOLE night through from 9:30pm to 7ish am for the last month!!! This is nothing short of a miracle. There is no placebo going on here, he only knows I make him drink lemon tasting water in the morning. Of course we are seeing great results in other areas like his speech and willingness to pronounce words better, we also believe he can hear the words better; what happens inside a brain effected by Leaky Gut Syndrome is complex and usually explain to be like a fog or underwater but that is putting it VERY simple. We are up to 5 packets a day currently but only have been doing it for a total of 2 months, on the first week starting on 1 packet a day for that week and upping 1 packet a week after that.
It impressed me so much I am taking it now too. The thing is that it causes Leaky Gut Syndrome, yeast overgrowth that is. Leaky Gut Syndrome causes many ailments in the brain. I was in a fog emotionally. Since taking it I am feeling much better and now I have the task of controlling my anxiety now that my emotions and how I used to feel are starting to reappear.
My wife is going to start taking it too. I am glad for the time being the price has come down! ;-)

My daughter is four yrs old and has severe eczema on her arms, hands, legs, and feet. Out of desperation to find the cause, I started to google for information about the causes of eczema. Basically, no one knows the causes or the cure. I prayed about it for many months and was led in the direction that the eczema may be a symptom of a yeast over growth in the intestines. I figured this out by giving her an enema. The eczema cleared up for a week and then returned. I started to research ways to clear a yeast over growth and found this product. I started her on a half packet on Dec.23, 2009. Her die-off was pretty bad. She was extremely itchy and could not sleep. However, VERY SLOWLY, she started to improve. Every 10 days I added another half packet. Each time I added more, she would experience a little die-off, but nothing like the first. Now she is taking three packets a day and her eczema looks great! I have also been giving her digestive enzymes that I bought from GNC, as well as a multi-vitamin. I have really not changed her diet. This product is worth trying for two months atleast. You may get discouraged in the beginning (I did), but keep going. Today is Feb. 23, 2010, and I am so glad that our two months are over. I am going to start limiting her packets to one a day. I have been struggling with Candida in my digestive tract for over 15 yrs. and have tried every product recommended for it. My symptoms grew worse over the years and I became very ill as it became systemic. I suffered with many food intolerances, IBS, colitis, and a host of other debilitating symptoms in which I grew weaker and became very discouraged in my attempts to get well again. A friend of mine suggested that I try 3 Lac because he had great results with it. When I went online to your website I saw where you had come out with a newer IMPROVED version of the product. It is called 5 Lac which has more of the strains of good bacteria and it targeted those people who had severe symptoms such as I did. I have been on the product for 4 weeks and I can't believe it, but the symptoms have gone away and I have been able to eat foods that I haven't been able to eat in years. I am actually putting the weight back on that I had trouble keeping on due to illness from the Candida. This is a product which I consider to be a "MIRACLE" and I highly recommend it's use, whether you have a digestive problem or just want to maintain a healthy digestive tract and good intestinal flora. THUMBS UP!!!!!!

Like most multi level marketing companys the first thing they need is a quality product. I'm not sure they found one with this product. Unfortunately I fell for the hype surrounding this product. I was feeling a lot better after struggling with candida for eight years. I was taking Candi Gone, probiotics and enzymes as well as a strict candida diet. I added the Fivelac and in three days I started feeling dizzy to the point I thought I was going to pass out. When I called the company the person I was given to talk to (who sounded like a teenage girl) wasn't very helpfull. She said to go from one packet a day to half or go every other day. I think if you have a product that can make someone pass out you'd recommend them to stop taking it! They should at least have some warnings about possible side affects. This product may actually help some but I think that some of the testamonials about this product are made up which is a common practice with a multi level marketing company.I agree with another review "you can get quality probiotics a lot cheaper at the health food store.
