I LEARNED OF THIS PRODUCT THROUGH MY WOMEN'S HEALTH AND FITNESS MAG...I DECIDED TO TRY IT OUT SINCE IT WAS INEXPENSIVE AND THE COMPANY I ORDERED IT FROM CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT THEY CLAIM IT WILL DO. IT ACTS LIKE A FIBER BINDING AGENT AND YOU REALLY DO BECOME FULL FASTER, CAUSING YOU TO EAT MUCH LESS. I HAVE ADDED IT TO SALAD DRESSINGS, JUICES (MAKE SURE YOU MIX IT VERY WELL SO IT WILL STAY OF A SMOOTH CONSISTENCY)AND I HAVE ADDED IT TO SOUPS. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING IT I HAVE ALREADY LOST 10 POUNDS!! THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT IF YOU (LIKE MYSELF) HAVE TROUBLE KNOWING WHEN TO SAY "WHEN" TO FOOD.
