I bought this item after researching both the Bodybugg and Gowear fit. Gowear is the same model as the body bugg, it is just cheaper. This addition is a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it is worth it! I am addicted to watching how many steps I have walked, how many calories I have burned and catch myself looking at it all day long. It is a neat little gadget. If you have the arm band, definitely splurge and get this too, it makes the data immediately accessible and then you can choose better choices about eating or moving more. I have been using it for a week, so I will update the review as I have used it more.Customer Review: Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered the BodyBugg from Costco and was thrilled with the product. I decided to purchase the GoWear fit Display Device to assist in helping me track my goals. For nearly a week, I tried linking the Display Device to my BodyBugg without success. I called BodyBugg's tech support; after many attempts to sync the two units, I found out that the GoWear Display Device no longer works with the latest version of the BodyBugg as it no longer meets the specs. You must buy the Display Device from MyApex.com. I carelessly threw away the packaging, so I am unable return this piece of unusable junk.Customer Review: GowWearFit Display - a great add

I love having the display to go along with the GoWearFit. I check it several times a day and love the real-time feedback. I watch the display as I am on a treadmill for instance and can see the difference it shows vs the treadmill calorie burn figures. I think the machines rate calorie burn kind of high. It's good to know the truth so we can eat accordingly. I think it's "do-able" without the display, but I only sync my data every few days this way. I don't think checking your calorie numbers or daily steps once a day gives you as much feedback as is necessary to change patterns.Customer Review: good motivator!!

I've had to GoWearFit for a while but just now got around to buying the display and I am so glad I finally bought one. It is a great motivator. You just glance down and can see exactly how close you are to your goals. It's cool to go into a Zumba class or a spinning class and be able to see that you've just burned 500-700 calories!!! YEAH! I also like that it beeps to let you know that you've reached your daily goal for calories burned, steps taken, etc. I can't see being without it now!Customer Review: wrong item shipped!! They shipped the wrong device. I ordered the Bodybug and they shipped the GoWear display watch. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the armband and GoWear device to sync and it never would. Finally spent $45 on tech support who told me they are not compatible.
I tossed the contact info on the shipper/supplier and would like an exchange if possible or a refund. I know mistakes happen, but please try and rectify the situation.
