I love these! I use them almost daily to get rid of tension knots. The Goose Bump is between my back and a wall, and I roll away. You have to becareful on your walls though. I press so hard I have worn a whole in my plaster. My muscles feel great though. Massage is as deep as my massage therapist. Couldn't live without these.Customer Review: These are hard massage balls

I was aware that they were hard when I bought them. I thought they would be solid but soft. I have used them by rolling them on the ground on the soles of my feet. It feels good but I would suggest socks if you have sensitive feet. The insert shows many applications for the massage balls. I am very satisfied with this product.Customer Review: Good product

I purchased this mainly for my feet and hands, and it does provide some relief. The ball is larger than other balls I've seen (larger than I prefer, actually, but that's a plus for a lot of people). It is also a hard ball. It took some time to figure out how it works best for ME, but the more I use it, the more I like it.Customer Review: Must have for long commute

I drive 40 miles each way to work in heavy traffic and I would get terrible knots in my upper back by the shoulder blades. I love these for my feet. I have Plantar Fasciitis and these work much better to massaging my feet than regular balls. They are made out of a very hard plastic so I need to wear socks while using them but they feel great.
