Green tea capsules are excellent! Arrived qucikly and the price is excellent. The only "con" is having to pay separate shipping on multiple different products, even though they were packed together. This product had zero effect on my body and I'm a "lightweight". For all you people that say this product works, you are placebo heads. This is a waste of my money. I took 6 of these supplements a day for 4 weeks and I waited... nothing happened. I even excersized and ate healther and it did not help. Next!Customer Review: Double the dosage?

Would not recommend doubling the suggested dosage. One of the side effects include heart arrhythmias. I have only been taking it for about 5 days and started having irregular heart beats and skipped beats. Other than that the product seems great.Customer Review: Nice jolt of caffeine

I don't feel like drinking a ridiculous amount of tea to get the same results from 1-2 supplements. I personally do not like the taste of green tea so the supplements work great for me :)
