Red Alert is a great compliment product to Greens First. I drink Greens First every morning and occasionally have a Red Alert in the afternoon if I need a little pick up. It has a great slightly sweet fruit punch flavor with no aftertaste. It gives me a natural long-lasting boost with no crash later, plus its much more healthy than coffee or soda. Red Alert tastes best when mixed with ice cold water (I use a shaker cup--super easy). My only complaint is that it can be slightly gritty and doesn't seem to dissolve as well as Greens First does, however the benefits greatly outweigh any texture issues.
