Greens First is a good source of antioxidants. I have used this product for the past several years and find that it increases my energy level and feeling of well-being. I definitely prefer the taste when it is mixed with orange juice as opposed to plain water! I also definitely prefer the taste of Greens First to other similar products I have tried. The only reason so many practitioners recommend this is that they sold exclusively to practitioners when they started making this.
I tried this for a while and could not gag it down after 6 months. It just gets to you after a while.
I recommend Garden of Life "Perfect Food". It comes in tablet form and has more expensive ingredients.
