I have try other brands however this brand is more effective than the others for my sinusitis.
I compare the ingredients. The difference I found is that this product has Xylitol and others are just salts.
Xylitol has medical property that reduces nasal infection.

After trying out less expensive brands for a year, I come back to this brand and my nose is very satisfy with it. I just wish if I could buy a bigger bottle.

My guess is that it's cheaper to make one's own version of a solution than buying this pre-mixed combination. Question of how much time and effort one wants to put into mixing one's own cheaper combination. In my case, it's worth paying up for the pre-mixed combination. Works very well (i.e. no stinging) --- in fact downright pleasant to use -- and particularly effective in combination with some Alkalol mixed in.Customer Review: Grossan Breathe-ease Works very well!

I am completely satisfied with this product, it's easy to use, does all I expected and was easy to set up and get familiar with. Only draw back was the price, it seems a little high when you compare it to other plastic products of similar construction, but I guess when you don't have any competition you can charge more. I have been using this product along with an irrigation system since sinsus/septum surgery in April. I have to say that I will probably continue this for the rest of my life. I feel like this cleanses my sinuses and keeps me from getting sick. When I do have a cold, it helps to flush it away and sooth and heal my sinuses. For years, I was an Ocean spray user. NO MORE! I am done using nasal sprays with preservatives. I should have switched a long time ago, because my nose has never been in better condition. No irritation. Works extremely well.
