Sinus irrigation like this unit provides greatly relieved my sinus problems, but after handling this expensive unit with tender care for a few years, and with use of only once every 1-3 weeks for minor sinus allergies, I would not buy another at $97, will try low tech Nasaline syringe irrigation.
