This product seems to be a nifty item for nasal irrigation. I've only tried it once, because I haven't had much sinus trouble lately. Some people use it everyday or once a week, but I elected to use it when I'm experiencing nasal or sinus trouble. There does seem to be some nasal drip from time to time unexpectedly after using it, so keep tissues handy for several hours as it can come at any time, or if you turn your head at the right angle for one of the sinuses to drain the wash fluid will come dripping out.Customer Review: Works great, poorly made

This is my second Grossan. I love it for what it does, and it works great,....when it works. Like a previous reviewer said, mine started leaking, and now the motor barely works. This happened with the one before, as well. It's a shame because it's a great product in theory. Hopefully they will work out the kinks. I won't be purchasing another one. I refuse to give any more money to a company putting out machinery of such poor quality. And I think they know this is an issue, hence the one year warranty.Customer Review: It really works!

I've been using this for almost a year now and I definitely recommend it. I get horrible sinus headaches throughout winter, and when I use this Grossan right as I think I'm getting it and continue using it for the next few days, it takes care of it. Normal meds would help take care of the headache for a few hours, but it would always come back. After I use the nasal irrigation system, I can feel my sinuses draining for the next hour or so. It may sound disgusting, but this means its working.Customer Review: Great for sinus infections

I used to get sinus infections regularly due to my allergies. Since I've started using this once daily, I haven't had any sinus infections and I rarely need any allergy meds. It also greatly reduced my post-nasal drip.
Another thing that helped me with allergies is to put a light plastic cover on my pillow(under the normal pillow cover). Apparently a lot of people are allergic to dust mites that are rampant in pillows. You can also try allergy free pillow covers.

I find vastly superior to Neti pot -- invaluable aid in sinus care and general health. Only use in very low pressure setting with Breath-ease solution and Alkalol. Machine is quite loud and doesn't have a solid feel, yet it works and works wonderfully. Given it's vastly superior effectiveness and ease of use relative to Neti pot -- I'll be fine replacing it even if it has a much shorter life span than electronic gizmos should have (if and when it breaks down).
