When my wife bought our first one, a year ago, I thought she was out of her mind for paying a hundred dollars for this thing. It works so well, that I quickly became a believer. I recently had sinus surgery and continued to use the nasal irrigator, with the okay from my doctor. It made my recovery much easier. Our original unit died after one year, but I can't live without it, so we bought another one.
