Customer Review: Beware of misleading description - will NOT cool!

I recently purchased this product to keep me cool during cardio classes at the gym. I have a medical condition that makes me heat sensitive, and based on the description of this product, I thought it held an insert that could be heated or cooled, depending on your preference. NOT SO!
I put it in the freezer the day before my last class. It got cold and very hard, but because the sections are articulated, it still wrapped around my neck reasonably comfortably. I noticed that only about 15 minutes into my hour-long class, the wrap had absolutely NO cool left in it - yet it was still hard as a rock. I dampened it with water from my bottle in a desperate attempt to get through class, but was very disappointed. When I got home, I put the insert on the kitchen counter to wait for it to soften up again, but it never did! It's "frozen" hard at room temerature and is utterly, completely useless. DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED TO STAY COOL!!!
