Good energy bar. Not sure if it needs as much fat content as it has (maybe that's the secret "long term energy" that this bar is supposed to deliver).
Good flavor. Great on-the-go. Works as a breakfast for me.

Saw these things all over the place at two recent SoCal triathlons.
Good. They worked (I think). Only problem is theyre slightly addictive (maybe the Army enginered them that way!?).
