Customer Review: No Option for Turning Off Bubbles

I purchased this because I was attracted to the feature that keeps the water warm. That feature works fine. Unfortunately, there is no option for turning the bubbles on or off. This is a problem because I like to add mild soap or skin softener to the water to help soften my cuticles and the bubbles make the soap bubble and spill all over the place. I'm a little disappointed because plain warm water is not enough to soften my cuticles.
