Customer Review: Good product, but does not come with thermal bag!

I owned this same straightener for about 2 years and used it every day before my old one died. I purchased this one as a replacement. Love the straightener because it gets hot extremely quickly (in less than a minute at the highest setting)and works great. When I purchased this straightener, it was shipped and sold through amazon.com. The description says that there is a "thermal bag" included and there is a picture. The product I received was only the straightener and NO THERMAL BAG so keep that in mind before buying. Since mine did not come as described the best I could give it was 4 stars.
