This product is excellent at quickening her big O. She's on top. My appendage takes care of the g-spot. Then she places the wand where it helps the most. When it's time, she drops the wand, we roll over and finish the job for both of us.
Formerly went through two accuvibes (the accuvibe rechargable battery dies after three years). This is better, especially with an extension cord.
Have not tried the attachments. Haven't needed them.

Seriously this item is the Best for those who have trouble getting and orgasm. I purchased this item for my girlfriend about a month ago, after reading the various comments. As a massager, this item does fine. As a special toy, this item performed OK. My girlfriend has not shown any interest in using the massager for sexual excitement. She did, however, say that she liked the way it made her feel when we did use it. So, bottom line, I'm uncertain about its sexual capabilities.
