I've been shaving my head for about 20 years and decided to give this a shot, since I saw it on the store shelf, and had seen a documentary on the company.
I'll give them this -- it is fun to use, and for me, it worked surprisingly well. I can't say that its any faster overall than using my trusty Mach 3 or Fusion, but, its nice to use -- just to try something different every once in a while. I still use one of my old workhorses to get around my ears. But going over the top and down the back, it did a good job and was probably does take a little less time in those areas.
So all in all, I think its pretty good tool, and a novel invention.

I love this little thing. In fact, when the wheels break, I buy a new one. I get exactly what I expect from it at the price I'm buying: About a year of reliable use.
I've used Mach III's. I've used Fusions. I've used Gilette Hydro's. This is still the best tool for taking the stubble off my dome. Just follow the instructions, don't push down on the blade, and you'll do pretty well. The caveat is that you can't just expect to shave off hair! You've got to get it down to stubble with clippers first. After that, don't let it grow out too much, or you'll be spending a lot of time getting your head smooth again.

I'm a newly bald guy...started shaving my head a month ago. Before having my hair buzzed off, I purchased a Headblade Sport head razor. It made the transition into head shaving easy. I managed to shave my pate without mishap. I'm afraid that the first shave with a regular razor wouldn't have gone as well. I have since found that I can get a closer shave with a regular razor...it just takes more time and effort. For a quick, comfortable daily shave the Headblade does the job. For a really close shave I'd recommend use of both the Headblade and a regular razor.Customer Review: Awesome Shaver

I Seen this product on the net and was very excited to find a store and purchase one. I have been shaving for a few years and tried just about every method and also going back to the trusty gillette...i was very skepitcal at first and thought what the hell for 11 bucks it was worth a try..my trusty gillette blades cost double that.....I AM TOTALLY AMAZED. closet cleanest shave i ever had in half the time. Very easy to use. its like running your fingers thru your hair if you had any lol. i give this ^5 and 20 thumbs up...a must have.Customer Review: worst shave of my life

I got this as a present and before using it I thought it would be great WRONG.This thing is the worst razor i have ever used. I cannot stress that enough my first thought when using it was where is my bandaids before i bleed to death i am amazed that it can cut you so severly without cutting the hair it is beyond akward to use.I have been shaving for 10 years and have even used the single blade razors you can buy one at a time from a truck stop which are much more effective than this.Use a butter knife you will be better off.
