Finally I have found the right scale for me. I am a big guy and have several herniated disks from football injuries. Electronic scales were hard for me to use because you have to remain completely still in order for it to register a weight. What I thought was a bargain on eBay turned out to be junk (to me anyway). This Health-o-Meter HAP200KD-41 was the solution I was looking for. It is a large, heavy duty, well made scale that so far has been very accurate. If you need a quality, high capacity scale that looks good too, then this is what you need!Customer Review: Excellent scale for those of us who are LARGE people.

I weigh over 300 pounds (trying to rectify that as we speak) but finding a scale that would weigh over 300 pounds was near to impossible. This scale is excellent. It will weigh up to 400 pounds and is the simple dial kind that most of us are used to. Good metal construction with simple dial control to "zero" out the scale. It is larger than your average scale so if size is a factor, you may not want this one as it does not fit neatly into a corner. Easy to read numbers and bright red arrow shows up well to let you know exactly how much you weigh. Overall, excellent solid product and would recommend.Customer Review: Simplicity

This scale is pretty good for a mechanical scale. It is bordering on humongous in size, so it's comfortable to stand on and the dial is easy to read. It is extremely accurate, which was the reason for this purchase in the first place. I've not had good luck with digital scales lately.
The only complaint is that it sometimes takes more than one adjustment for it to be centered on zero.

I bought this Health-O-Meter large dial scale and it wasn't worth a dime. It did not weigh correctly. It couldn't be set to zero like it should have, and it was very unstable. I almost fell off of it because it tipped over. Don't buy this scale.Customer Review: Great Scale

Just got this. It's a good size.Plenty of room for your feet and the dial has large numbers so it's easy to read. Unlike a lot of other scales that only go to 250 or 300 lbs., this one goes up to 400. Also got a good price on it.
