This scale is perfect for weighing my baby and makes a first time mom feel better knowing her baby is gaining weight properly. It has a hold feature for when the baby won't stay still as well as a button that subtracts the weight of a diaper,blanket, etc.. for a more accurate reading. I weighed my baby the morning of her doctor's visit and it showed the same weight as the doctor's scale, so it is accurate.Customer Review: very helpful

When our baby started spitting up and vomiting when he was 2 months old, we were so worried about if he got enough milk. Having this scale really helped to soothe our anxiety. Also we can plot his weight on a growth chart to watch his development, rather than waiting for the regular checks at the hospital.
If your baby is a spitter, I would recommend this scale to you.

I have a cat that suddently stopped eating on its own. I need to track its weight daily. This scale is perfect for my needs, as it weighs in 1/2 ounce increments, and the hold feature makes it possible to get an accurate reading on an animal that really doesn't want to be there! Bought the scale to weigh my 24 lb. cat as he loses weight. Cat weight loss needs to be slow and measured in ounces not pounds like people. Very accurate and the hold button is a great feature. I bought this scale to help keep up with my daughters growth. She was only 4 pounds 12 ounces when she came home from the hospital and it was important to me to track her weight at home. This scale is very accurate and all of the features are wonderful. I would not be without this wonderful scale at home. Every new mom should have one.
