I purchased this baby scale for my brand new preemie granddaughter. Nurses suggested my daughter-in-law keep a log of the baby's progress. When the baby was back at the hospital for a check up, her weight on the hospital scale was identical to her weight on the scale at home. I bought this scale to monitor my cat's weight. After initially freaking out, my cat now calmly stands on his scale until his weight is calculated.
The scale is a little expensive, but seems sturdy and I have had no problems. The weight also correlates to the vet's, so I am fairly confident with the accuracy.

This is a good scale for infants. Its within 4 oz of the readings we get at the doctor's office. We do wish it was a little longers so that our baby's legs wouldn't stick out (she's 10 months now). The "hold" feature that allows you to get a weight even when the baby is moving, fidgeting, squirming etc is great.Customer Review: It's perfect!

This scale works very well and it is extremely accurate. Our baby entered this world at only 4.5 lbs and it was therefore very important for us to measure each ounce he gained. Very easy to use, it's ready in about 1 second from when you turn it on and the hold button works great if your baby is moving around.Customer Review: Love this scale!

I love this scale for weighing my baby and my chihuahua. I wanted to make sure my baby was gaining weight appropriately between doctors visits. Its heavy and durable, the part where you put the baby is plenty big. I like the tare and hold function. Overall, much better product than I anticipated for the price.
