Simply set the time, your weight and stride length - and start moving! Measurement of body fat composition is the key to long-term exercise success. The Omron hand held HBF 306 Body Fat Tracker is an easy way to measure body fat in the privacy of your own home. After inputting the data, a measurement can be started by simply holding the grip electrodes and pressing the START button. Of course, knowing your heart rate is also important because if you are working out too hard, your activity can become counter productive and strain muscles. To achieve an effective workout, no matter what the aerobic activity, you must maintain your heart rate at a proper level for a minimum of 20 minutes.
