Definitely has helped me control my IBS symptoms and feel better. I take it several times a day. Helps to stir it with a fork, or shake it up in a small tupperware or cup, but I don't mind the taste of it. I think selling it in the pouch was a good idea b/c it's cheaper than buying in the tin. I just store mine in a tupperware. Go through a pouch a month! Customer Review: So far so good...!

I love how easy this tummy fiber is to use and incorporate into foods and recipes. I have been using it now for over 2 weeks and just started doubling my dose from the original "start dose" on the package. This is my first purchase/try of Acacia Tummy Fiber, but I ordered just the 1lb refill bag because it was cheaper than the canister. I just keep the opened bag sealed with a clip and in a ziploc bag. I try to use it every day. So far I haven't seen any major problems or felt any problems. I have been more regular than usual, too. I have suffered from IBS for almost 10 years now and I am very pleased by Heather's books, website, and now her tummy fiber, too. My usual symptoms are less severe also. I can't wait to see how things progress as I increase my dosage.
