I bought this unit to replace my other one (same unit but different model numbers) that had burned out. The brush resolves tangles better than the previous one I owned. It works great with my very thick (medium length) hair too. Perfect for last touches before going out. If it could just have a bit more air power but it is perfect otherwise to fit my hair's needs.
