These go in the microwave, but only the sole gets really warm -- it's filled with gel stuff (herbs?). The sole also gets lumpy when heated up, so you cannot walk around in them -- they are for lounging only. Stays warm for about 30 minutes. I'm not wild about the smell, either. However, it is comforting when your feet are freezing, and you can heat them up and relax with a good book or watching T.V. so it's nice to have this option.

A physician formulated blend of herbs in comfy plush booties. Simply microwave, put them on and enjoy. For heat therapy, warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on desired warmth. Iincrease by 30 second increments as needed. (Check temperature to ensure that warmth is ideal before use.) A light misting of the boots will offer a soothing moist heat. When storing your herbal booties, place in a dry cool place in a ziplock bag to increase their longevity. Doing this will help the aromatic herbs in your booties last for years.
