I have found this to be very helpful. I use it almost every day and have found that it keeps my sinuses open longer than a nose spray. I learned about the Netti Pot by watching Oprah one afternoon and decided to ordered one for my girlfriend and one for my sister-in-law. They both suffer from allergies and it has given them quite a bit of relief since they started using it.Customer Review: did nothing

This product did nothing for me. My nasal passages felt the same before and after use. My wife used it and 10 minutes later she developed a very painful earache - which she still has 2 days later. Not everyone should use this product.
