If you are looking for a Neti pot that suit for you, ceramic ones are better than plastic ones in my opinion. Anyway there is not much choice we can made, this one and Ancient Secrets Ceramic Nasal Cleansing Pot.This original one is quite good in design, more beautiful than Ancient Secrets.
However, this product is thinner and smaller compared to Ancient Secrets. Its low profile makes water spit out the spout when you carry from one place to another (In many case that you want warm water from kitchen to bathroom). Anyway, Ancient Screts one doesn't have this problem.
I recommend to buy Ancient Secret instead of this.

All my life, I have had very bad sinuses. Mine are so bad that they interfere with my sleep. When I heard about the Neti Pot I was quite skeptical, the idea seemed ridiculous. However, after having tried one, I can state unequivocally that they really work. It does take a little getting used to because the pose you have to use is awkward at first but it sure beats clogged sinuses. Now that I think about it, damn near anything beats clogged sinuses. I've only been using this one for a few days, and the difference is very noticeable; I can actually breathe through my nose. It is highly recommended.Customer Review: neti pot + xylitol and alkalol

I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis and frequent sinus headaches on my forehead above my nose. Sometimes it felt like someone was driving a nail through my forehead, horrible pain. Even on good days I felt stuffed and blurry.
I have used the neti pot with a hypertonic saline solution and added xylitol and alkalol for about 3 weeks now. HAVEN'T HAD A SINUS HEADACHE SINCE, all without any medication.
My nose is clear, my head feels sooooo fresh. I can concentrate so much better, no stuffyness or bluryness. It has been a life changer for me.

While watching the Oprah show on a day when Dr. Oz was on, I was very interested in his suggestion to use a netti pot for people who suffer from sinus problems or even colds. I had never seen a netti pot prior to this show although my doctor long ago recommended "snorting salt water" which is easier said than done. So I purchased this product and have highly recommended it ever since. My daughter and son-in-law, who both suffer from sinus problems, use it daily during the spring time and also highly recommended this product. Once again Dr. Oz was true to his word......Customer Review: One of the best purchases I've ever made!

About a year ago I got a plastic neti pot to see if it would be beneficial for my allergies. After using it I was amazed to find that I no longer needed to rely on my allergy medication that I'd taken daily for years! I now highly recommend neti pots to anyone I know with allergies.
This ceramic neti pot is beautiful and functional. However, while it feels durable, I doubt it would survive a fall. If that is a risk I would suggest a plastic one. Personally I will be using this ceramic one while at home, and keeping my plastic one for traveling.
