Spring has arrived and so has my misery. This morning, even though I had taken Zyrtec I felt like ripping off my nose because I was sneezing and snifling so badly. In an act of desperation I went to the local natural pharmacy and bought this thing. I have previously been procrastinating because there were other more important things to spend money on...like good hair conditioner. Anyway, I came home and used it and a few hours later, I feel like I can function again! I highly recommend this thing!
My only complaint is that it is fragile.

I had heard and read about the neti pot, but following a trip in Kerala(India), I was convinced I had to own my own Neti pot.All the spas and medical center in Kerala, used the pot on their patients. The benefits were obvious. They recommended to use it daily as part of the hygiene.
Back in L.A. I ordered it and promptly received the pot. I have beeen using it daily since and I am amazed how easy it is. It takes just few minutes every morning. I can already see my complexion, my eyes clear up.
Food flavors seem to have been enhanced.

i had been hearing about neti pots for a while, and i finally broke down and ordered one. the first time you use it, it is kinda strange. once you get over the initial feeling of the water going through your nasal passages, it is amazing. i work in a really dusty office and find myself sneezing all of the time while there. i wanted to get the neti pot to cleanse myself of all of the dust. it really works. the directions are easy to follow and it's not as hard as you think. these have been used for hundreds of years! how bad could it be?Customer Review: Easy and fast

I had been very skeptical of using a neti pot, in part because I was concerned about the process being complicated or uncomfortable. After I tried it for the first time, I was hooked. It is very simple, and the pot comes with step by step instructions and pictures. Using the pot feels like getting water up your nose at the beach - not bad at all! Afterwards, I breathed clearly through my nose, and my ears were relieved of considerable pressure. My whole face was relieved of sinus pressure and discomfort.Customer Review: nasal help

I had a girlfriend tell me about this neti pot over a year ago and what a difference. At first I was hesitant, it sounded gross but after I did it I couldn't believe how clear my sinus's felt. When you have a cold it flushes all the phlegm out of your throat. I recommended it to 2 other folks that were hard to convince until they were really hurting. They were glad they tried it. I ask a Dr. once what he thought of it and his reply was, many people with sinus problems can benefit from it.
