I had a girlfriend tell me about this neti pot over a year ago and what a difference. At first I was hesitant, it sounded gross but after I did it I couldn't believe how clear my sinus's felt. When you have a cold it flushes all the phlegm out of your throat. I recommended it to 2 other folks that were hard to convince until they were really hurting. They were glad they tried it. I ask a Dr. once what he thought of it and his reply was, many people with sinus problems can benefit from it.Customer Review: Why didn't someone tell me about this thing sooner?

I was suffering and I mean SUFFERING with some severe mucousy sludge-like congestion - nasal congestion that would get stuck in my throat and even come out my eye in little crusties in the morning. A really nice visual, right? A friend mentioned that she used the Neti Pot during her pregnancy based upon the recommendation of her midwife. I generally shy away from OTC medicines and pharmaceuticals, so I figured, what have I got to lose.
It does take a little getting used to - how to tilt your head and so forth, but the results were impressive, after one use, I COULD BREATH AGAIN! For months I have been using saline nose sprays with little results, then one day I saw a comedy review of a video of a lady using the Neti Pot. I admit it was funny but as a lifelong sinus sufferer I was intrigued. When it arrived I gave it a try and instantly my sinuses felt more open. At the recommedation of my physican, and a friend, I bought the Neti; breathing is much easier, daily congestion is down, and it's a great way to get rid of all the seasonal allergy snot.
