It does work on my sinuses quite nicely. When I did use the pot for the first time it did feel odd to have water flowing out of my nose (that and it didn't help it was to warm). If you get over the 0_o feeling it works wonders.Customer Review: Might be what you're looking for

Little secret; after you do Neti for couple of weeks, you notice significant decrese in dark circle under your eye!!

What a great product. Creared up a sinus thing that was going on for a long time. Even those family members that have used it, that don't have sinus flaws, say they can breathe so much better after using it. WE LOVE IT!
