This was the first Neti Pot I ever used. I was having serious sinus,allergy, and asthma issues. I was slowed down at work,the gym, and in my personal life. I started using this neti pot a little reluctantly at first. Within the next few days I was feeling the difference already. I know it can feel weird at first, but don't give up! It helps so much without all the tiredness of medication. I loved it so much, my girlfriend wants one for Christmas! I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Not as strange a feeling as I expected when I tried this product... it was really quite easy and not uncomfortable at all. I was definitely pleased with the results! You don't realize how much better you can smell things until you try it with clean sinuses. The kit has everything you need to get going for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this, especially for those with allergy or sinus problems. I suffer from neither, however, and have also benefitted from using the Neti pot.Customer Review: Love it!

I was a little skeptical at first, but it works like a dream! My husband and I were both sick with a sinus cold at the same time. He took night/day quill and I used only the neti pot. I was feeling better 3 days earlier than he was and use it periodically when my sinuses feel stuffy. I don't do it every day as the directions describe, but it is very nice to clear your sinuses before yoga and pilates. I would recommend this to anyone who is even a little curious about it! :)Customer Review: relief but short-lived

I bought this in desperation when I was suffering from terrible allergies and no allergy meds were able to act as an effective decongestant. I was very happy to receive the neti pot and even more so when immediately after irrigating my nasal passages I found relief at last. However, as I was trying to follow the instructions exactly, I proceeded to do the light exercises highly recommended after the use of the neti pot and that seemed to clog me up all over again.Customer Review: Wish I'd gotten it sooner.

I ordered this product while in the midst of a terrible cold that was hanging on and driving me nuts. The first day I used it I was able to get a lot of mess out of my sinuses right away and I could tell an enormous difference. I feel that it helped me avoid sinusitis from that virus and helped me feel better right away. I now use it about every other day; the winter dryness bothers me and using this product really helps. Buy one, you won't regret it!
