I caught a cold last weekend and have been feeling miserable for the past several days. I bought this out of absolute desperation and it arrived today. I was afraid you'd get that brain pain feeling like when you jump in the swimming pool and water goes up your nose but it was very mild, no real discomfort. I feel much clearer after using it (yes you can see all the mucus come out) and find breathing much easier. So happy to have finally tried this!Customer Review: Not so thrilled

I was excited to try the neti pot even though I have minor allergies to pollen but let me just say that the feeling of water flooding your nose and sinuses is rather uncomfortable. I had a pressure headache from my sinuses after using it and am not certain I want to try it again and that's despite following the instructions to make certain all of the water was out. Overall, it might be worth it if I had more serious sinus issues, but I don't.Customer Review: It Really Works!!!

I've been hearing about this thing for the past year or so and recently some people have recommended it to me because of my year-long allergies. I was at the end of my rope and decided to overcome my fear of drowning and buy a Neti Pot. It was so worth it! It's so easy to do and clears my head. I've only been using it a couple of weeks, but the difference is so pronounced! It can't hurt to try and I guarantee you'll love it!!!Customer Review: Wonderful Product.

I bought this product because I had constant sinus pain in my nose and face. This product is truly wonderful and helps immensly. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from head congestion. It takes a little while to get used to the water circulating through the nose , and I have swallowed my fair share of water while trying to perfect the technique. This Neti pot sinus cleansing kit has delivered more relief than anything I've ever tried for my nasal allergies. Wouldn't be without it. At night I can breathe freely through my nose - something I could not say prior to my regular use of this Neti pot kit. My doctor advised me to try this (she also prescribed Flonase, which I take at night). If you have ongoing problems with nasal inflammation and congestion, give this a try.
