I bought this item because of a medical condition and not being able to lie down flat in bed. It has helped me and it is comfortable to use while watching TV or reading in bed. The massager is nice too.Customer Review: good value

This is a very inexpensive product for what it is capable of doing. It is very comfortable and relaxing. Even if it's not used as a massager, it's a great backrest in bed. Very pleased with the purchase.Customer Review: Back rest not so restful

I was disappointed with how uncomfortable this back rest is. I am shorter and the back rest curvature is not very flexible or fitting to someone of my height. For me, it was a waste of a lot of money.Customer Review: not pleased

This product has a feature that you can not use. the arms of the lounger are too short, therefore you can not use the beverage holder as your arms extend past the holder. The arms should be longer.
