This is the first time I've ordered an item from Amazon, and I am extreamly impressed on the how quick it was shipped to me, this item is a xmas present and I was a bit leary about an online order, but Amazon came through for me and I will purchase other items from them in the future. Also the price was at least 20% lower than what I found at local retail stores for this foot massager by HoMedics.Customer Review: Not worth the money

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my husband- he stands on his feet all day so I thought this would be a great present for him. He set in a chair and placed his feet on the machine and the rotating massage heads almost stopped turning. He doesn't weigh much so it's not like his feet are heavy but I tried it just to see and the same thing happened. good choice for the price I've paid, but could be better. The motors, that rotate feet pans, have to be more powerful: when pressing with the legs rotation slows down and it can harm the machine. the size of the massager is a little to big, but that's not a problem, if you don't want to take it in a trip. heating is a good option. I would prefer to grade this foot massager with 3.5.Customer Review: Stopped working after 5 15 minute uses!!

I bought this equipment along with a home medics back massager .. I have used it only 5 times since it arrived last month .. approximately 15 minutes each time .. Yesterday I went to use it again .. the lights came on, the heat came on, but nothing spins .. it doesn't work! ..
Now I have to figure out how to return it .. the back massager works great .. no problem ..

I got this for Christmas and I used it for about 20 minutes. I liked it a lot when it worked. The next day, I tried turning it on. The light came on but the massager was not working. I returned it today and after reading the other reviews, I decided not to get a new one. It seems like this product is a problematic one as its motor burns out so fast. I would not recommend it.
