this product sucked because as soon as we opened the box the sauna was cracked and would not be able to put water into and i didnt get a chance to try the rest of the product because the hand held device wouldnt charge and the best way to steam your face is to get a pot and fill half way with water and let it boil and sitck your face over it also try st. ives apricot scrub its the must have product i would die for it Customer Review: LAND FILL....HoMedics pollutes with junk products that do not work

I purchased one and it didn't charge.....so I purchased another and it didn't charge, needless to say I'm ticked....so I sent both to HoMedics and am waiting to see what happens.....I won't buy another one of these, it looks good though!Customer Review: *Recomended for hard to manage skin

*I have very high maintenance skin. I have to constantly exfoliate, and clean my face in order for it to look good. This may be too harsh for sensitive, or delicate skin. I naturally have large pores, acne prone, and very oily skin. I am not so fortunate to be able to wash my face with just water, and, or mild soap. This is the only thing I have ever used that eliminates all of my skin problems without making them worse before better, or destroying my skin if I stop use as with one very popular product that ends with the word 'active'. I have tried at least 40 different products from cheap to costly, but nothing works so well. Though the downfall is the life of this product. It doesn't last long at all. Not even three months of usage, and it gave out, but it won't stop me from getting another one. Hopefully I won't have to same problem. If so, as much as I would hate to buy from a soap star, I might consider switching to Youthful Essence. Then again $30 to $50 every couple of months isn't a bad price to pay for nice skin. Bottom line It's worth a shot if your skin is hard to manage.
