I have bought pillow after pillow and neck rest after neck rest,so consider myself as a person able to have a good opinion.
This is fabulous BUT...
Too small,it melts away under your head to nothing while you are laying on
it. Comfort ? I would rate this the best ever for my neck !
If only this didn't just melt away to flat it would be the best I have ever purchased for my poor neck.
Even with that,I would really recommend this pillow.It's just pure heaven on my neck. It springs back quickly when you are done with it.
I would purchase this again and again due to the comfort for my neck in any position.
But please let's figure out a way to keep it from flattening out so much.

I really wish the product description had been clearer about the dimensions of this 4 position cushion. It says 18" x 8" x 4" and I mistakenly thought the 8 was the height not the width and I was looking for something a bit higher. I need something under my knees to ease my back & leg pain while laying down and this isn't high enough to offer much help. Since the cover's a bit loose I unzipped it and put some fiberfill to make it a couple inches higher but it's still not what I expected. The writer of this description should have been more specific and listed the measurements like this: 18"L x 8"W x 4" H. I have had a four position support pillow for approx. 10 years. The memory foam was beginning to break down, so I was looking for a replacement. The store (Medical supply store) where I originally purchased the pillow was no longer in business, so I began looking on-line. The HoMedics Orthos Therapy Four Position Support Pillow was the only one that I found that was similar. I am a little disappointed, because the quality of the foam is not as good as the first pillow. Also, the length of the HoMedics pillow is shorter. My orginal pillow was the same length as a standard pillow. I will continue to search on-line for my orginal pillow. Like many I'm on the constant search for the right pillow or combination of pillows.
When Reading in bed I was hoping this would provide under the knee support-- It does to a limited degree but is not firm enough to really support the knee area.
For side sleeping it is not firm enough for between the legs.
In the right position it is okay for behind the neck.
I sometimes place it directly on the bed and while side sleeping place a knee on it. For this it again works okay but i would have liked it to be firmer.
The actual size is nice not overly large or bulky but not too small either.

I bought this for neck pain I've been having. I can't express enough how uncomfortable this is. This is the first review I've ever written on Amazon and I have always found the review section immensely helpful when purchasing a product. So, I had to give my 2 cents on this pillow. The first night, I didn't sleep at all with it. I gave it another few nights try and it is still just too hard for a pillow. I'm now looking at one of the microbeads for a different choice. I do, however, love Homedics between-the-knees-pillow. THAT one reduced hip pain after just one night. Naturally, I was hopeful for the neck pillow by the same company.
