My hubby and I have been using leg pillows for a while and needed new ones. We bought one of these and one of the Contour Memory Foam leg pillows, so here's my two cents comparing the two. This is the one he uses -- he's 5'9" and has some back problems, and while he initially found this pillow big and stiff, he's adjusted and likes it now. I've tried this one once and it was FAR too wide/stiff for me (I'm 5'7" and average build). I'm quite certain that it will last longer than the Contour, though - while I like the Contour, after only a few weeks of use it is already noticably flatter than when I first got it, so in another year or so I'll need a new one. This one seems just as plump as when we got it, though a tad looser now.

My wife recently had knee surgery and, since she likes to lie on her side, couldn't find a sleeping position that wasn't painful. This pillow, placed between her legs just above (not BETWEEN) the knees allowed her to comfortably sleep on her side and get the rest she needed. It has just the right firmness to maintain separation and keep her back aligned,but still conforms to the shape of her legs without causing pressure points. I purchased this pillow for my dad who has had several back surgeries. He uses the pillow at night to help him sleep. He loved the pillow and sleeps comfortably with it!
