I am 5 foot 3 and I bought this pillow since to relieve hip pain associated with being pregnant. The pillow is hard and I find that it is too large to put between my legs comfortably. It does open up, but I think a regular pillow works better.Customer Review: Pillow

The pillow fits between your legs to keep your knees from touching when you sleep. It dose this vary nice. It is a little bit firm but vary nice. thay are the only ones I found that make that shape pillow. It is vary comfortable.

I ordered this support pillow because of a recurring problem with sciatica. The pillow is too thick and not comfortable to use. I've gone back to using a regular pillow. Hope this help those considering this purchase.
