I bought this alongside the PosturePro Lumbar support (black mesh for vehicle) and I have to say my daily lower back ache is gone. I use this HoMedics pillow at home while working and the PosturePro in my car. I bought both since they both had good reviews and the combination got me free shipping. I bought this because I was having back pain from driving so much every week. So far so good! The only thing is I thought that the pillow would have a strap that I could somehow strap around my car chair. But it is just an elastic strap that I don't think can stretch around the chair. This cushion is really comfortable and keeps the correct curve to your spine. If you spend a lot of time at a desk and your chair does not have lower lumbar support, this is a must. It helped relieve upper back and neck tension after using for a couple of weeks. I also use it in my car. I highly recommend it.Customer Review: works ok

I bought this for lumbar support while sitting on the couch. It's comfortable, and helps my posture, but has "squashed" down a lot, and hasn't kept its shape. It also moved/slid around behind me, but we recently got leather furniture, and it seems to stay in place better than with the old, upholstered couch.Customer Review: very good

This pillow is very well made and helps support the lumbar part of the back. I purchased one for my car and for my recliner at home. Now I can travel long distances without any back pain, and arrive at my destination feeling wonderful. It is a good product and I expect it to hold up for a long time.
