We've had our "percussion action massager" for over two years now. The design is nice, because it's very easy to use it on yourself. it's even better if you can get someone else to operate it on you, so that you're not stretching your muscles while trying to relax them--but it's not quite ergonomic to be used that way. I also think the design is difficult to use in many areas other than your back.I still find that manual "hands-on" massages are more effective, but this is great for getting a lot of the preliminary tensions out.
I'm glad to have it.

I bought this massager for some upper back pain I'd been experiencing. I was a little skeptical about this product because it's so much cheaper than other ones I've seen just like it (ie Brookstone products) but I must say.. it works great! It helped to get all the knots out of my back and it wasn't too heavy for me to use on my own, although I'm sure it works even better if you have someone else holding it for you. This is a great deal, if you're debating about whether or not you should buy this product debate no more... BUY IT!Customer Review: It's great!

This is the best massager I've ever had. Every time I use it on my friends, they decide to get one for themselves. Most massagers vibrate from side to side, but this one pounds on you like two tiny fists. For some reason, that feels really good. It works the ache out of muscles and has been helpful for my numerous headaches, since it loosens the tension in my shoulders. Unfortunately, it's not intended to be used on the head and neck - only large muscle areas - and if you're not careful, it can pinch you.Customer Review: Perfect for us!

This massager has been great so far. My husband's chiropracter recommended he get a percussion massager (the dr.'s office sold one for $165). My husband says this one feels just as good as the one in the dr.'s office. He uses it for a few minutes a day and it has helped tremendously. The three attachments are great because I like the soft and my hubbie uses the hard. From the other reviews I read on the 400H model, save your money and buy this one instead of the one with heat. For $30, you can't beat it!Customer Review: Horrible!

I hate this new model. It has almost NO POWER compared to the old version. When they made the heads adjustable they changed the power of the motor or something and it's worthless. I wish they would start making the old model again. It was awesome!!!!!!! It had tons of power and you really got a good massage. It was more like a professional model. Don't buy this one. Save your money and hope they come back with the old model. Anyone giving this product a good review must work for the company.
