This is a great unit. Its similar to the $400 G5 Pro Power, but it has only two heads instead of 4 (a good thing in my opinion), and it doesn't have the same variety of attachments. It feels just as solid, though, and has both variable speed, and adjustable-width massage heads. I prefer it to the more expensive unit overall. They seem to be out of production now, but if you can find one, get it.

I've tried many massagers. I'm always looking for something that gets down into the muscle, not just the surface. The vibrating ones don't do anything except made my skin itch. Most of the rubbing ones never seem to hit the spot, either. This is the first massager that I really FEEL. The percussion is great! The intensity is adjustable, and so is the width between nobs. I had to return this product despite of the good price (paid $29.99) because:
1. not strong enough (the older model is stronger)
2. too heavy
3. too noisy
Basically it didn't do what I wanted it to do.
But it's pretty subjective.
I read lots of good reviews about this, that's why I gave it a shot at the first place.

I bought this item for me ,it s vibrations are strong enought to relax a very sore muscle. I use it 5 min. on my sholders and the pain is gonne.
My girlfriends love it . everytime when they come over I give them a great massage with Homedics PA-100.
It is a great present ,very affordable, I gave 2 of this as a wedding anniversary-the brides couldn't be more happier!!!
