Okay, so it's a bit large and cumbersome, but it's powerful and efficient and it does the job. I highly recommend this item and the price was amazing. Lots of extra attachments if you need them, but I find that the soft massage attachment does almost everything. I specifically bought this because my neck was tied up in knots and after using this only twice in that area my problem was solved. This thing is waaaay too heavy. Forget trying to massage your back with it. The rotating option doesn't help either. Along with the vibration, weight, and clunkiness, it is impossible to get a relaxing massage out of it. Could be useful when massaging another person, but self-use is not recommended. It's too bad because it is a powerful massager with lots of add-ons and modes.Customer Review: Homedic massager

No problems with the product. Comes well packaged and includes a carrying bag so you can conveniently store all the attachements in one location. This version has a number of different programs and speeds allowing a variety of therapies depending on your individual preferences. Have had it for about one month. Good product for the price. There are so many more expensive types on the market so the price is definitely a good reason to go with it. Have not tried the heat feature so can't comment on that. A bit heavy though but the handle rotates from straight to curved so that some of the weight is redistributed depending on how you hold it.Customer Review: Absolutely Amazing

I got this massager couple of days ago & I have simply fallen in love with it!Just 3 minutes of massage can be so relaxing & all the muscular tension & fatigue is gone. Dfferent programes & various speed modes will make U feel U got a wonderful product that's worth your money & you are not wasting it on any trash!!
