This is a nice pillow. I was used to sleeping without a pillow, so it felt a little big to me, but other than that, I think it's great. Just turned it around and used the small end for neck support.
Because of the sizing situation, you may want to get yourself measured. My chiropractor did it for me and knowing my "size" has helped to select other pillows. Still use this one from time to time though and my guests have enjoyed it. It's a good pillow.

I recently bought a foam memory mattress and I'm not able to really sleep with a loty of pillows like I used to without getting a wicked stiff neck the next day. I took a shot with this and it made a big difference, although I'm still getting used to how flat everything is. The contour part is a little weird at first, but you sink into it and if necessary, angle it until you get used to it.Customer Review: I did not like this pillow

I have had several memory foam pillows and I found this too hard and less than giving. I returned it and subsequently bought a Serta meomory foam pillow for a couple of dollars more. It was so far superior in quality in every way to this. Real Memory foam that acted like memory foam and MADE IN THE USA( not in China like this one)Customer Review: Great pillow if you have spine problem

I used to have a little bit of spine problem. My doctor asked me to sleep in a hard floor and avoid pillows. But I felt very uncomfortable. So I looked in amazon to find something to suit my needs. This one nicely goes on and supports your neck. And great smoothness. I highly recommend.Customer Review: It's like a stone..

I bought this one last week.. It's too hard for me, it's like a stone. I had been used another memory foam pillows about 4 years, but they are not like this. If you want a hard one, this is what you are looking for. But if you not, don't buy this :)
