Customer Reviews of HoMedics WFL-CAN32 EnviraScape Shimmering Towers Illuminated Relaxation Fountain

Customer Review: Very soothing
Summary: 5 Stars

This fountain is simple to set up and looks pretty with the candles glowing and the water trickling down. The water sound comes from the water leaving the last candle and trickling through small slats in the base. If the base is too full of water you won't get the water sound, there has to be some distance so the water falling back into the base can be heard. Overall I'm very pleased with this little fountain and would recommend it for some ambiance. I might use it in my bedroom at night; to see the flickering lights and hear the water sounds would help me fall asleep but for now it sits nicely by my fireplace.

Customer Review: Keeps on going
Summary: 5 Stars

This fountain is as pretty as the picture... maybe prettier. Unlike many other fountains, it is quiet and actually makes a lovely bubbling sound. The light that it gives off is soft and relaxing. I have had this fountain for two years now and it just keeps on going with no problems. I have used tap water (although manufacturer does recommend distilled)and use it very often. The only "problem" is there is some minor splash moisture that gets onto the furniture just under the fountain. I fixed this by placing a folded washcloth like a coaster under the fountain.

Customer Review: Don't waste your time or money
Summary: 1 Stars

Very cheaply made and looks it... it is of the poorest quality plastic, and I have had Homedics Indoor Fountains for as long as they have made them.

Not only is this tacky in quality and appearance, the stones provided for the fountain were far too heavy, because this is a flimsy fountain.

One of the rare occasions I've given a bad review of a Homedics fountain. Thank goodness, I had 2 spares of one of their best, which they discontinued... Envirascape Grecian Gardens. It runs every night while I sleep to the gentle flow of the water.

Customer Review: Very nice little fountain
Summary: 4 Stars

I searched this out because I saw it in the lobby of an office building, on a very nice desk with lots of gold glitter christmas trimmings around it. When the water and lights are on, from a distance, it looks like candels with flames and with the gold stuff around, it was charming and rather mesmerizing.

When I got it, my daughter claimed it and loves to fall asleep to it at night - the "flickering" light and water is a great combo!

For the money, it's a great little fountain.

Customer Review: So far so good!
Summary: 4 Stars

Just purchased these and put this together. Actually I had a friend put it together because the instructions were too long. Seemed like a lot to do. So perhaps Homedics could fix that. But once it was together it flowed nicely. The candles look realistic but that blinking thing it does reminds me of Christmas lights! Lucky for me I like Christmas.

All in all it's a-ok. Hope it lasts!
