For the price it is a good buy. The heat only works when you have the vibration on which I wish it was optional. It is a little noisy for my taste, but feels good and relaxing. It is the lower end of the models and works okay despite the noise. We purchased it to put in our truck while driving because my husband has a bad lower back. The heat is centralized in the middle of the back. (so far it is still in the house being used while watching tv). In the truck the noise won't be a problem.Customer Review: Sciatica

When I was suffering from sciatica a friend loaned me her back massager with heat; it helped so much that I ordered my own. I found this Homedics model much better than the one I had borrowed (which came from a different manufacturer and was more expensive). Mine was quieter and had more massage and heat areas; I feel it helped me recover more quickly. Now that I'm not suffering from the pain I previously had, I still use my back massager almost nightly because it feels so good!Customer Review: Homedics Massager

The product is very good for the price. I've had one similar to this one, but had more features, therefore, it cost more. This one doesn't have an on off button, just turns on at each position of the massager. It also doesn't shut off automatically after a certain time. I sometimes fall asleep in the chair with it on. It has good vibration and feel it does a good job of massaging. If I leave a position or two turned off, the other ones become stronger.Customer Review: Nice Massager. Inexpensive.

I've had the massager for almost a year, and I especially enjoy using it in the winter with the heat turned on. It feels great on your back, and warms up my cold leather recliner. Recommended usage time is probably no more than 15-20 minutes. After using it, I have to remove it form the chair because it isn't comfortable sitting on it with it turned off. All in all, it's a good product at it's current price of around $35.Customer Review: wow

I sure was surprised that so much relaxation and comfort could be provided to me by such an inexpensive and easy to use product.I,m a registered nurse who recently came out of retirement and after an exhausting 12 hour shift I relax with the warmth and soothing vibrations to my entire back[neck to hips]. It is so portable that I am seriously considering purchasing another to use in my car while driving.
