This is the first review I have ever bothered to write for the many things I have ordered online over the years. I had to share this one because it is the only product I have purchased that actually hurt me physically. When I first purchased the pillow, I noticed it was a bit hard and figured it would get better as I broke it in. (Yes I know about the two different sides.) Over the weeks since I have had it, my neck has gotten stiffer and stiffer and today I can barely turn my head. I have had no other incidents that could have caused this. I ordered a contour pillow to replace it.
Edited 8/15/10: I dug my old smelly pillow out of the closet to use until my new one arrives and my neck problems are almost healed within two days of use. After weeks of stiffness with the other pillow, I think this further proves that it was at fault.
