I just received the product and have been using it over the passed week. I can't comment on the durability but I am quite please with the power. I always like strong massage so I hope it to be even more powerful and comes with a 12 ft cord. For the cord length that comes with it, you can not use on a large bed, you would need to use it on a sofa that is close to a wall outlet. We really like it, although it is a harder massage than we are use to. We like that it has heat and if you adjust to high it's not as hard, plus my husband puts a towel over my back which helps. Two things I think I would change would be that it needs a longer cord and the knobs should be adjustable so that when your doing the neck area you would be able to move them closer togetherCustomer Review: Best Handheld Massager

I bought this at a local Walgreens and this is by far the best handheld massager I feel you can get. I have bought smaller massagers and they just don't cut it, particularly if your looking for relief from pain. Some people complain about the weight of the product, well it has to have a good amount of weight which means a more powerful motor so that it can deliver a good massage.Customer Review: We love it!

This massager is almost exactly like one we received as a gift several Christmases ago. We used that one every day and wore it out! We were delighted to get a replacement. This is a brand name you can trust. My husband and I give each other back massages every evening and wonder how we lived without them! What a great hand held massager. I recently hurt my hip, using this massager brought me immediate relief. I use it everyday and the pain is steadily decreasing. This massager is not too heavy, however I use both hands for a better control. Be careful not to go around your bones the vibration is too entense for such a soft and tender area.
