This is a very nice product. Its like having your personal masseuse with 2 strong hands. I was amazed at the firm percussion action and motor strength. This massager definitely means business.
you have 2 options. just the massage or the massage along with heat. The massager has variable speed which is controlled by a slide switch.
Bottom line is that this is a very nice massager. Highly recommended!!

I can't speak for myself about the efficacy of this massager, because it was my husband with the back problem. But he said it really made him feel better. So it's good for the massage-ee. It's quite heavy, which is actually helpful for the massage-er because you just hold it in one place for a minute and let the thing do the work. Customer Review: Good

This product is good. The only draw back is its weight. It is too heavy for a person to massage on their own.. that too when they have pain. Elder people may not be able to do on their own. Someone else have to operate and help them.
My parents got lots of relief after using this.

It does what it is... it is a massager. some people have complained about the weight and here I am thinking the head could be heavier. why? well using this thing on your self can be difficult and the ability to add pressure to the massager while you are doing parts of your neck and shoulders without using two hands can be difficult. Do be careful when this thing hits bone. it just bounces off and makes this horrid noise. its not painful just unsettling if you are not used to it. Being slim I tend to impact my shoulder blades when I am using both hands and trying to apply more pressure.
